Experienced Help Fighting Marijuana DUI Charges in Colorado

Any time you consume marijuana, you are at risk for impaired driving. Whether you used THC or CBD-heavy products, are a frequent or medicinal user, felt fine prior to driving, etc., you are at risk for receiving a Marijuana DUI. Even while there are limits to the legal amount of marijuana in one’s system while driving, officers base arrests on their own observations and discretion.

The legal amount of marijuana in one’s system is 5 nanograms of THC in the bloodstream, per millimeter. The proper way to test for drug usage is by a urine test. If you refuse to take a test during a marijuana DUI arrest, the state of Colorado has the right to revoke your license for one year, and it is likely that they will.

Penalties for Marijuana DUI
